We stayed for four nights we booked two rooms one for my son and wife The checking was good even helped us out to get a dentist to sought out my crown Kirill was a good help. The rooms were a good size well appointed bathroom shower Good clean serviced every day wifi was a little in and out and weak Breakfast was good 👍 and all and Allgood just improve wifi

We, a family of three, stayed at the Carol Hotel. The hotel left a very pleasant impression; the staff were very responsive and helpful upon request. I would especially like to mention the reception staff: Kirill, always attentive, responsive to any questions, and ready to help with various issues; Karel, very attentive and responsive. For me the pillows may be way too hard and small but the beds are fairly comfortable, the service here is exelent and caring the breakfest we had was terrific everithing was hot there is a coffe machine and also filtered coffee the rooms are cozy and the bathroom is spacious

Pleasant stay and convenient location for metro into Prague City Room was basic and furniture a bit shabby. Good local restaurants to choose from. Reception area was lovely with good amenities. Reception services were excellent , thank you to Karel for his helpful advice

Everything was good the room was nice we have a big windows from the room and a beautiful balcony with view the bathroom was awesome with a window as a wall here and there was some scratches on the furnitures but thats nothing. Overall the room was nice the staff in lobby was very friendly and helpful the parking was 20 € for a day but they let us park there even after our reservation has passed so big thanks for it. The breakfast was wonderful.
